One out of every ten dollars given to TLC goes to supporting missions, locally and globally. We support groups and missionaries to:

What are TLC's views on giving?
Our view on giving is simple; God owns it all, even our breath is borrowed. God is a generous giver, He gives us more than enough. We have the privilege of managing HIS money HIS way (according to biblical principles). So, we give, save, and live with this in mind. We give out of joy, not guilt or manipulation. We carefully budget as a church so that we use every gift to its fullest to bring people to full joy in Jesus.
What if I can't afford to give?
We want to discourage you from giving in any way that will put you further in debt. At one and the same time, our hope is that you would prioritize getting out of debt and honoring the Lord by giving him the first portion (tithe “tenth”) of your income. Which giving option should I choose?
The “General Tithes and Offering” giving option is our church operating fund and is used for ongoing operations of TLC. We encourage contributors to give their tithe and offering to this fund throughout the year.
Will I receive a giving statement?
Yes, we provide quarterly giving statements. If you give online you can sign in and view your giving to-date. Give here.

Can I give assets to the church?
Yes! You can give stocks, bonds, shares, retirement assets, trusts, valuable items (vehicles, boats, jewelry, etc.) and even life insurance policies. Please contact us during business hours at (916) 652-7216 or email anytime at finance@thelifehousechurch.com.
